Understanding the Role of Self-Compassion in Managing Compassion Fatigue
Objectives and Goals of Module 2
Goal: Participants will increase self-compassion behavior in their everyday lives, ultimately improving their personal and professional well-being and protecting them from developing compassion fatigue.

After the Session, participants will be able to:
Define and identify components of self-compassion
Explain the role of self-compassion in mitigating compassion fatigue
Examine and appraise existing levels of self-compassion
Generate and explain methods in developing a self-compassionate mindset
Actualize self-compassion skills through completion of self-compassion activity
